Our kitchen is fully stocked & equipped with a Keurig, kettle, toaster, and more to make you feel right at home. We provide complimentary coffee pods. The dining table has seating for 6 and an additional 4 bar stools can be found at the counter.

The living room is comfortably furnished with Sofa, Loveseat, fireplace & Smart TV (great for Netflix, Hulu, Amazon etc). From the living room, step outside the large balcony and enjoy your morning coffee in the crisp mountain air and the view of the Mammoth Mountain!

Parking:

One Reserved 6'9'' high indoor parking spot. Additional outside parking is available on a first come basis for 1 more vehicle (total up to two vehicles). You must get a parking permit for all your vehicles from the HOA office in building E during normal business hours (9am-5pm) - this is a requirement.
